To register for an account, you will select the appropriate customer journey from our splash page.
Then you can log create a new account or log into an existing account:
On the "Create Account" page you will complete required fields and create a password. You will use a zip code search to connect your user account to your library or school. If your organization is not listed select “Add New Organization” and complete the online form.
Once you have completed the registration process, the customer service team will be notified to verify and approve your account. Please be aware it can take up to 24 hours for your account to be approved and checkout enabled.
