The Play It Forward (PIF) program is available to customers with a Playaway Standing Order Plan (SOP). PIF lets you refresh your existing Playaway collection at our deepest discount. It is a smart and easy way to maximize shelf space with the most in-demand audiobooks, save big, and give back at the same time. The PIF discount is an incremental 10% off your current standing discount.
Play It Forward allows you to:
- Weed your Playaway collection of old or low circulating titles.
- Order one new Playaway at an additional discount for every unit you send back. NO LIMIT!
- Give back. We will donate or recycle every Playaway we receive.
To place a PIF order, locate your "Play It Forward" cart on the account dashboard.
Once you have added the desired titles to your PIF cart, you will proceed to checkout. From there, you will need to confirm that you are sending back the required number of Playaways in order to officially submit your order. A return form will be generated for you that needs to be printed and included in each box of the shipment. Please note your PIF order will not be processed until we receive the Playaways you are returning.
