General Details
- If the exact title you originally purchased is available to load, we will replace it with that same title
- If we are unable to load the originally purchased title/edition and a new edition is available, we will replace it with the new edition
- If we are unable to load the originally purchased title/edition and no new edition is available and the device is within the warranty period you can select a title from the same product line (of equal or lesser value) for the replacement
- If we are unable to load the originally purchased title/edition and no new edition is available and the device is outside the warranty period no replacement is available
- Customers cannot request a newer edition replacement if the older edition is still available to load
Warranty and Low Cost Replacements
Playaway, Launchpad & WhaZoodle devices are shipped with a one-year limited warranty. Wonderbook has a two-year warranty. Product-specific policies are below
- Playaway + Launchpad: An additional low-cost replacement program is available for Playaway ($24.99) and Launchpad ($74.99) devices with expired warranties
- Wonderbook: In the event a physical book is damaged, it is eligible for replacement during the two-year warranty period for $37.99 ($42.99 Canada). This includes a new audio device adhered to the book. After the expiration of the two-year warranty, Wonderbooks must be repurchased at full price

WhaZoodle: A low-cost replacement is available for $49.99 USD ($67.99 Canada)

Extended Warranty
- Customers who have a Launchpad SOP get a 2-year warranty on Launchpads (extended warranty can also be purchased at checkout)
- Customers who have a Wonderbook SOP get a 3-year warranty on Wonderbooks (this is the ONLY way to receive an extended warranty on Wonderbooks)
- Customers who have a WhaZoodle SOP get a 2-year warranty on WhaZoodles (extended warranty can also be purchased at checkout)
- Playaways DO NOT receive an extended warranty with an SOP (but extended warranty can be purchased for Playaways at checkout)
