To find the status of a recently placed order, navigate to the Carts and Orders section of your account and click on the "Recent Orders" tab. From there you will see a list of submitted orders and can view the status of each.
If the order is older and does not appear on the initial list, please click "See All Past Orders" at the bottom of the page. You will then see a full list of all past orders. To access order status, please click on the appropriate order name to view status:
Status meanings:
Submitted = We have your order
Pending Approval = Your order is being reviewed by our team
Pending Fulfillment = Your order is in the initial stage of fulfillment
Partially Fulfilled = We have shipped some items on your order, but some items remain on backorder
Billed = Your order has shipped complete
